As per by-law #1753/12 and #1762/13, effective April 1st 2014, there will be a $25.00 charge to customers who fail to read and submit their water meter readings on time. Water Meter Readings are due every 3 months – March 30th, June 30th, September 30th and December 30th. You can call in, email or use the form on our “Contact Us” page.
